Before
Raw asset slot
- The video starts before the repro begins.
- Customer data and unrelated tabs are visible.
- The issue tracker receives a video link without structured context.
After
Polished asset slot
- The clip begins at the first repro step.
- Sensitive information is checked before sharing.
- The ticket includes expected result, actual result, environment, and recording URL.
Proof to add
Asset slot: add a synthetic repro clip and matching issue template output when they are available.
Raw clip slot: add the original bug recording.
Edited clip slot: add the trimmed and redacted recording.
Handoff slot: add the final Jira or Linear issue output.
Video metadata to add
- Stable thumbnail URL for the edited repro clip.
- Final video URL or embed URL.
- Upload date for VideoObject schema.
- Duration and tracker output notes for the proof section.
