Clean the screen

Check the visible surfaces that often leak clutter or private details.

Notifications are off Disable system, browser, chat, calendar, and email notifications. Tabs and windows are clean Close unrelated tabs, private dashboards, and messy browser windows. Desktop is neutral Hide personal files, names, customer data, and distracting wallpaper. Demo account is ready Use safe sample data and confirm the expected state is loaded. Cursor path is planned Know where clicks happen so the pointer does not wander during the take. Mic and room are checked Confirm input device, levels, fan noise, and browser permissions.
